There’s something about this recipe that leaves you squatting next to your mini fridge at 2 am- naked, eating sauce out of a recycled marinara jar that you’ve kept as a cup/food storage device for over 1 year. Clawing out what you can with your pointer and middle finger… Until you realize, you’re naked, it’s 2 am and you’re squatting on the floor. - wine to drink
- your choice of base: (zoodle, ravioli, spaghetti, linguine, apple…)
- 1/2 of a boiled potato
- 1/4 of a boiled onion
- 1 Cup boiled cauliflower
- 1 tbsp of tahini
- 2 tbsps of nutritional yeast
- handful of walnuts (extra to munch on)
- 1/2 can chickpeas
- 1 roasted garlic clove
- 1/3 Cup of starchy water from the boiled potatoes
- 1 tbsp of corn starch
- Salt & Pepper for taste
DO NOT BLEND BOILING HOT INGREDIENTS ! WAIT FOR YOUR STARCH WATER AND VEGGIES TO COOL YOU BIG IDIOT!!!
blend your ingredients (besides your wine and noodles, you silly goose) & add your sauce to a sauce pot.
Put over medium to high heat and bring your delicious/nutrious sauce to a bubble while stirring continuously ~5 minutes.
